The Police Accountability and Policy Evaluation Research (PAPER) Lab is an interdisciplinary team of researchers dedicated to promoting accountability and enhancing the effectiveness of police practices. Our team brings together expertise drawn from criminology, political science, public policy, technology, public administration, and policing practice.
Our team’s joint research has been published in Public Administration Review, Criminology & Public Policy, and the Journal of Policy Analysis and Management. Lab members have also had their work published in leading journals across academic disciplines, including the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Criminology, the American Political Science Review, Policy Studies Journal, the Journal of Politics, Journal of Criminal of Justice, and many others.
